Important Training Requirement

All Nashville hires will complete a minimum 90-day paid training program in Dallas, TX before transitioning into the Nashville market. This hands-on training is designed to fully prepare you for long-term success, leadership growth, and high earnings potential.

What You’ll Do

You’ll begin by learning the business in the field while developing the skills needed to lead and grow a successful team.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
• Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
• Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
• Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
• Train directly with experienced sales leaders to learn leadership systems and team management
• Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
• Develop into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and performance
