Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales leadership or sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and training sales staff
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvement
- Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Production
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and agency production goals
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and retention
- Hold team members accountable for activity, follow-up, and conversion goals
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings
Training & Development
- Train new and existing team members on sales processes, scripts, products, and customer service
- Create ongoing coaching and development plans
- Identify skill gaps and provide performance improvement support
- Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-oriented team culture
Recruiting & Hiring
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the agency
- Assist in creating career development opportunities for team members
Operations & Collaboration
- Work closely with agency leadership to align sales goals with business objectives
- Help improve workflows, sales systems, and customer experience
- Maintain knowledge of insurance products, carrier updates, and industry trends
