Requirements
- A friendly, people-first attitude and solid communication skills
- Motivation to learn, grow, and succeed
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (not required—we’ll help you get them)
- Sales or customer service experience is nice to have, but not required—we’ll train you

Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through warm leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Identify client needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
- Educate clients on coverage options so they can make confident decisions
- Close sales and build long-term relationships built on trust and service
- Work as part of a supportive team that celebrates wins and encourages growth
- Use proven systems and tools to drive results and maximize success
