As a Sales Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic sales initiatives in your assigned sales region, collaborating closely with the Sales Team in that area. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks focused on executing our SmartStock program, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing merchandising and sales support. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with customers in the sales region and supporting the Sales Team in addressing their needs and concerns. Position Details:
Position Summary: - Work Location: This is a Field Sales role in the local territory, reporting into the Las Vegas OpCo {855 Wigwam Pkwy., Henderson, NV 89014}
- Work Schedule: This is an Monday-Friday, normal business hours
- Subject to change based on business needs
- Travel: 80% Driving Travel Required in the Local Territory: This is a field-based sales role covering an assigned local sales territory (Flagstaff AZ and surrounding areas, including Page, Williams and Holbrook for example), stretching approximately 100 mile radius, depending on the origination location.
- Compensation: Hourly pay up to $25.00 depending on experience
- Monthly cell phone allowance is provided!
- Car allowance + mileage reimbursement through CarData Program
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to travel to convenience stores and customer locations
- Potential travel to the Las Vegas OpCo or other local cities for sales meetings and also based on business needs

Position Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
- Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
- Identifying and reducing out-of-stock on shelves.
- Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
- Attending customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
- Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
- Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
- Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required.
• At least 6 months of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
• Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license, current auto insurance with a clean driving record.
o Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word) knowledge.
• Must be detail-oriented and proven problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.
• At least 6 months of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
