SAP Business Analyst I

Job Description:

This entry-level position involves working closely with senior analysts, gathering requirements, and providing assistance in the development of solutions to enhance business processes. We are looking for an SAP software tester with experience with Tricentis software. collaborating closely with developers to test and remediate defects in the next evolution of their SAP solutions. As a Tester, you will be helping us understand business needs, assess the quality of developed software, track defects, and work with the software testing and development teams to remediate defects and ensure that we deliver high-quality solutions.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in the analysis and documentation of business processes and systems.
• Gathers and documents user requirements for enhancements and changes.
• Supports the configuration and testing of SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Provides end-user support and training for SAP applications.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP implementations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic understanding of SAP modules and functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Essential Physical Functions:

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb and stoop as needed and sit/walk for prolonged periods during working hours.
• Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
