At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first.  As a Greeter you will collaborate incoming parents and students to welcome them into the school building during morning drop off and afternoon pick up times. </div><div> </div><div> <strong>This is the perfect position for a retiree.</strong> Join our welcoming community, where you can grow and make a real difference in children’s lives every day. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Welcoming Greeter Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul> <li>Welcome families, students, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner</li> <li>Monitor and manage the school entrance to help maintain a safe and secure environment</li> <li>Assist with student arrival and dismissal procedures</li> <li>Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and verify identification when necessary</li> <li>Communicate effectively with school administration, teachers, and families</li> <li>Help ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and welcoming</li> <li>Receive and distribute deliveries, mail, and packages</li> <li>Provide general customer service support to prospective and current families</li> <li>Support special school events and activities as needed</li> </ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul> <li>High school diploma required</li> <li>Empathy and compassion for young children</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children</li> <li>Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements</li> </ul><div>If you’re an energetic, nurturing person looking for a supportive and fun workplace, join us!
