Looking for hands-on experience in Human Resources-with a little fun mixed in? Join our park HR team as a Seasonal Human Resources Intern and get an inside look at how we hire, onboard, and support the teams that bring our amusement and water parks to life.
This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate who's eager to learn, loves working with people, and isn't afraid of a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and park leadership, supporting everything from hiring events to employee paperwork-right in the heart of the action.
What You'll Do
Hiring & Onboarding Support

Assist with seasonal hiring efforts, job fairs, and interview coordination

Help prepare and organize new hire paperwork and onboarding materials

Support new hire orientations and onboarding sessions

Ensure employee files are complete, accurate, and well organized
HR Operations & Administration

Help maintain employee records and HR systems

Assist with payroll-related tasks such as data entry, timecard reviews, and follow-ups

Support benefits enrollment and employee questions, as appropriate

Help with compliance tracking, audits, and documentation
Employee Relations & Team Support

Serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for employee questions

Assist with employee engagement activities, events, and communications

Support the HR Manager with documentation and follow-up related to employee relations matters

Help promote a positive, inclusive, and fun workplace culture
Special Projects & Day-to-Day Support

Assist with performance review preparation and tracking

Support training sessions and HR initiatives

Jump in on special projects and general HR support as needed
What You Bring

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Interest in learning HR processes, employment laws, and people operations

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HR systems a plus)

Clear communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
