Job Description Summary:

This temporary full-time position will work for the summer with Pine Cove on a global front to engage potential camper families via marketing efforts for all regions and to encourage a vibrant and thriving Global Pine Cove Mom network. This position exemplifies the core values of Pine Cove by being Christ-centered, others-focused, and seriously fun.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating with our Summer Media Videographers to capture and create organic content as well as content for our future ad creative for the Spring 2027 campaign

  • Responsible for helping coordinate and execute special regional marketing events

  • Responsible for reporting and utilization of databases

  • Assists in directing and executing the oversight and growth of the Global Pine Cove Mom on Mission marketing plans and strategies.

  • Assist in identifying and driving a well-qualified and optimized recruiting pipeline for Pine Cove Mom on Mission Network

  • Assists in curating and maintaining a Global Pine Cove Mom on Mission Engagement strategy for all MoMs in the Network 

  • Responsible for other tasks as directed

Job Qualifications 

  •  Agrees with and exhibits behaviors in accordance with the Pine Cove Statement of Faith

  • Maintain compliance with all Pine Cove policies and procedures during employment including the Staff Policy Handbook

  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws

  • Must establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, managers, and external constituents, including demonstrating consistent Speed of Trust behaviors

  • Is self-motivated with a desire to serve and do all things with excellence

  • Adjusts to changes in environment or schedule while maintaining a joyful attitude

  • Possess current driver’s license and able to drive company vehicles as needed

  • Undergraduate Degree or 1-year of experience in Marketing and Networking required.

  • Former Pine Cove experience required.

  • Proficient and active on social media and online networking tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Proficient in common computer applications such as Word, Excel, Google Docs, and CRMs.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within a team, ability to manage others when necessary.  

  • Enthusiastic about connecting relationally with others of all ages, life experiences, and backgrounds.
