About this role

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Security Consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Assessing, developing or architecting cybersecurity solutions across multiple security domains; Assessing IAM infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing customized strategies to enhance security and streamline digital identity and access management processes; Technical project management or Program management for multi-stakeholder cybersecurity initiatives, including scope, risk, and resource management; Presenting technical solution proposals and their quantified business value to senior leadership; and Applying information governance or regulatory compliance principles to cybersecurity solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $200,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution from scoping to completion by driving cross-functional partnerships and ensuring high standards of excellence.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, advising on best practices and managing communications to deliver quality solutions.
  • Develop optimal solutions for complex problems by creating and updating repeatable content, best practices, and technical documentation. Mentor junior team members and coach internal and external teams on new solutions, systems, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the organization's strategic vision by acting as a change agent and applying subject matter expertise to client discussions. Uphold the highest ethical standards in all commitments and interactions, ensuring truthful and responsible use of company resources.
  • Regional travel required at least 10% of the time.
