As a Security Officer Credential Issuance in Winter Garden, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a financial institution, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, assisting visitors, and communicating professionally with staff and guests. You will use technology to support access procedures, respond to security-related concerns, and help deter incidents through a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification, authorizing entry in accordance with site procedures, and directing visitors to appropriate areas.
• Maintain accurate access-related records, issue and recover visitor credentials as directed, and report irregular access activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
