Position: Tactical & Concierge Security Officer
Site Location: Eden, NC 
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift! 
Available Schedules:

• Full-Time: Sunday - Wedneday | 6:00AM - 2:00PM = 32 hour shift (still eligible for benefits) 
• Part-Time: Thursday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:00PM | Saturday, 2:00PM - 6:00PM = 20 hour shift

• Maintain a professional, visible security presence.
• Deliver exceptional concierge-style customer service.
• Patrol assigned areas and monitor access control.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• De-escalate situations and enforce site policies.
• Complete reports and incident documentation.
• Represent GardaWorld Security with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Customer service-focused mindset.
• Sound judgment and situational awareness.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Security experience preferred, but not required.
• State security license (where applicable).
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Valid Drivers license and ability to operate a company vehicle (required for this position)
