As a Security Officer Driver Perimeter Rounds in Lake Buena Vista, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel and resort environment.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency personnel when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenity areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe on-site activity, and document security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.
- Support hospitality operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and addressing routine guest and visitor interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
