As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and communicate professionally with patients, staff, and guests. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors at a healthcare facility front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Greet and direct patients and visitors, verify access authorization as required, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Monitor entrances, reception areas, cameras, alarms, and communication systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Support a welcoming and orderly healthcare environment by providing information, assisting with wayfinding, and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
