As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Coppell, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer at a prestigious financial institution, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe lobby and common areas, and verify credentials and/or visitor procedures in accordance with location guidelines.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with directional needs, and completing assigned reports related to security-related events and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
