As a Security Officer Mobile Driver Patrol in Marcus Hook, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license and offers a dynamic role for professionals who value being agile, reliable, innovative, team-focused, and guided by integrity in all security-related interactions.

Pay Rate: $20.86 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, site contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles in accordance with site protocols for a chemical and petrochemical environment.
• Complete required reports and document observations, incidents, and/or policy violations accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
