As a Security Officer Premises Patrol in Grove City, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, helping to support a secure environment for people, property, and operations. In this unarmed role, you will complete routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. At Allied Universal, you will bring integrity, reliability, agility, and teamwork to every shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by following site-specific procedures, access expectations, and assigned security-related duties at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, building interiors, and perimeter locations to help identify concerns and/or report conditions needing attention.
- Monitor entry and exit activity involving employees, visitors, and/or deliveries, help to document observations, and support established procedures for restricted areas and high-traffic operations.
- Complete routine reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or policy concerns, and help maintain awareness of daily operations across the location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
