About this role
Description
- Provides clerical support for Publix’s expression of Interest processes for Retail and Support. This includes:
- Answering associate calls and troubleshooting issues
- Data entry
- Scheduling test sessions and creating test rosters
- Evaluating, approving and entering reschedule requests
- Coordinating test supplies and maintaining test supply inventory
- Sorting and batching tests for scoring
- Scanning, scoring, grading, and validating test results within the ROI/NOI systems
- Creating and distributing/publishing various lists and reports
- Provides clerical support for the Retail Contender program. This includes:
- Data entry
- Creating and distributing lists and reports
- Answers associate calls related to transfer requests and troubleshoots issues related to the transfer processes
- Ensuring retention of process-related forms and materials in accordance with record retention policies
- Assisting in other selection system work as needed

Year End Bonus
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.

- High School Degree or its equivalent
