About this role

As a Test Lab Operator at Nokia, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our integrated optical parts by executing precise automated tests and performing minor troubleshooting on testing tools. You will collaborate closely with the production and Test Engineering teams, communicating effectively to resolve any issues that arise. In this hands-on environment, you will set up and operate testing equipment while meeting production schedules and priorities. You'll also inspect microelectronic parts under a microscope, honing your attention to detail. Your responsibilities

  • Setup and operate multiple automated testing equipment for integrated optical parts.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by executing detailed testing processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with production and Test Engineering teams to communicate findings and troubleshoot issues.
  • Adhere strictly to documented procedures and specifications during testing.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, including transaction logging and reporting in real-time.
  • Inspect microelectronic components under a microscope to identify any damage.
  • Prioritize and meet testing schedules and goals in alignment with the PIC department.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude in maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.
