Responsibilities

Manage the execution of design systems to support a code-first, AI-assisted future.
Architect and maintain multi-platform token pipelines aligned with W3C standards to transform design decisions into consumable code variables.
Design guidelines, prompt recipes, and system metadata that supply AI agents with the necessary skills and context to author compliant code.
Build a zero-doc framework where system documentation, rules, and established practices are parsed, updated, and generated by agents reading live component code.
Author and maintain high-fidelity React components and CSS, ensuring production components mirror design craftsmanship and brand intent.
