Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with digital advertising solutions (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, performance marketing).
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex operational escalations and driving process improvements in a global environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excelent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and operational concepts to audiences.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across various functions and levels of an organization.

Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $124000 - $178000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Own tactical and strategic execution for YouTube, scaling responsible frameworks and driving direct product launches across emerging business lines.
- Partner with Go-to-Market, Industry Relations, Policy, and PR teams to build feedback flywheels, translating customer sentiment and global industry trends into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Operations to establish, monitor, and report on core YouTube responsibility metrics, independently translating high-level goals into highly structured, investigative processes.
- Direct rapid-response strategies and high-stakes crisis communications, aligning cross-functional teams swiftly to mitigate reputational risks during critical, fast-moving events.
- Transform complex, abstract frameworks (such as responsible AI, risk mitigation, and policy compliance) into compelling market differentiators and business-enabling programs.
