Bachelor's in HR/Business/Information Systems, 5–6 years in HR operations/BPM/transformation, expertise in end-to-end HR process design, proficiency with ARIS/Visio/Lucidchart, ServiceNow HRSD and SuccessFactors, advanced Excel, Lean Six Sigma/APQC familiarity, strong stakeholder and compliance skills.
