In the role of Senior CAD/BIM Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Perform non-routine and complex drafting assignments requiring application of standardized drawing techniques
- Perform Redline corrections and develop design drawings from initial sketches
- Take responsibility for drawing layout
- Work independently with occasional advice from your supervisor
- Direct efforts of less-experienced CADD Technicians as needed
- Perform other duties as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
- Preference given to candidates currently residing in the Mid-Atlantic (VA/MD/DC) Area

Due to client contract requirements, naturalized US citizenship is required. This position is subject to a governmental background check.
- Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 5 years working as a CAD Technician
- Proficiency using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, and InRoads
- Experience using Microsoft Office in production workflows
- Ability to be a lead technician and work closely with less experienced CADD Staff
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Intermediate or Advanced understanding of engineering or architectural concepts, workflows, and deliverables
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
