About this role
NVR is looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to help us find hard-to-reach talent for complex, niche roles across our corporate teams. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders and Corporate HR to build strong pipelines, advise on hiring strategies, and deliver talent that supports the continued growth of Ryan Homes and our family of brands.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche, specialized, and high-impact roles across multiple business functions
Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
Partner closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand business needs, advise on talent market conditions, and shape effective go-to-market strategies
Conduct thoughtful candidate assessments and present clear, well-supported recommendations to hiring teams
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining urgency, accuracy, and a strong candidate experience
Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System throughout the recruitment process
Guide candidates through offer, background, and onboarding steps to ensure a smooth transition before their first day
Skills and experience that will drive your success:
5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success sourcing passive talent for complex or hard-to-fill roles
Experience managing a varied requisition load across multiple functions, skill sets, and levels of specialization
Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, talent mapping, market research, networking, and outreach strategy
Experience creating personalized outreach strategies and employer branding content that drives candidate engagement across digital and social channels.
Ability to influence and consult with hiring leaders using market insight, candidate data, and sound recruiting judgment
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to prioritize, project manage, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Agency recruiting or corporate recruiting experience supporting specialized professional roles preferred
Bachelor’s degree required

This role pays $90,000 - $120,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
