Your Impact You will define how content analytics informs marketing strategy by connecting creative performance to business outcomes and guiding decision-making across teams. Responsibilities Design scalable models to standardize and analyze marketing content using AI techniques Connect content performance to acquisition, engagement, and revenue outcomes Lead experimentation design including A/B, multivariate, and causal impact methods Partner with analysts and stakeholders to define measurement frameworks Integrate data from multiple sources to generate insights across channels Deliver insights through clear narratives and visualizations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in STEM or economics 4–6 years experience in data science or analytics Experience applying statistical methods to business problems Strong SQL experience with large datasets Experience using Python or R for advanced modeling Core Skills and Experience Build predictive and statistical models at scale Define analytical approaches for ambiguous problems Influence decisions through data storytelling Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams Experience with marketing, media, or content analytics
