Primary Responsibilities:

• Establish and govern enterprise architecture strategy across business units and technology portfolios
• Lead the design of complex enterprise ecosystems and solve high-impact strategic business and technology challenges
• Serve as the final decision-maker for architecture recommendations and technology direction
• Partner with executive leadership to define future-state architecture and transformation roadmaps
• Drive architecture governance, engineering excellence, technology standards, and security compliance across the enterprise
• Research emerging technologies and develop strategic recommendations that improve business value and operational efficiency
• Lead customer and executive stakeholder discussions regarding long-term technology strategy and innovation
• Mentor senior architects and build organizational architecture capabilities
• Influence enterprise investment decisions, technology rationalization, and platform modernization initiatives
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, digital transformation, and architecture governance
• Broad knowledge across cloud platforms, AI/ML, data ecosystems, cybersecurity, enterprise integration, and emerging technologies
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive enterprise-wide technology decisions
• Proven strategic planning, business architecture, portfolio management, and financial acumen
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs and enterprise modernization efforts
• Proven exceptional executive communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to define multi-year architecture roadmaps (1–5 years) and align technology investments with business strategy

 

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree
