Serves as the primary electronic security representative for major capital projects and large-scale renovation efforts. Trains and supervises new electronic security project coordinators. Serves as the primary electronic security representative for major capital projects and large-scale renovation efforts.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAttends scheduled project planning meetings where determinations are made regarding project objectives, plans and scope.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELeads the identification, validation, and refinement of electronic security requirements for complex projects.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMakes recommendations regarding electronic security device implementation for all construction projects and renovations.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EReviews floorplans and work with customers and architects during project conception and prior to Issued for Construction (IFC) to ensure electronic security infrastructure requirements are captured.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOversee planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium sized projects, acting as the internal project manager for electronic security scopes of work.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerforms site visits to projects to ensure project scope and design is followed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProactively communicates project requirements to project team and wider organization and maintains accurate, up to date records of job status, job changes and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EIdentifies and resolves complex issues and conflicts within the project team in collaboration with direct supervisor.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWorks with leadership in the development of best practices and tools for project execution and management.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EIdentifies potential project risks and develops/implements strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETrains new electronic security project coordinators.
