Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years (or 12+ without degree) relevant electrical engineering experience; experience in FEED/EPC projects, Australian mining sector, ETAP/DIgSILENT studies, single-line diagrams, MV/LV equipment, procurement support, and mentoring junior staff.
