About this role
Master's in civil engineering and 5+ years' relevant experience. Proficiency in hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and design, HEC and SWMM tools, GIS, coding (Fortran, Visual Basic, Python, MATLAB, C++), PE or EIT, and strong communication skills. US citizenship or permanent residency required.
