About this role

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience working with data structures or machine learning algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing dependencies.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and the software development lifecycle, with an ability to grasp technical concepts related to AI/ML services and their compliance implications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager with exceptional problem-solving skills, you will lead complex projects that explore the profound impact of data on the quality of our AI models and products. These projects span various stages, including training, testing, evaluation, and adaptation.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $240000 - $334000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead programs for tamper-proof lineage, transparent approvals and secured storage.
  • Work with engineering, product management, and other partners to define all workstreams, requirements, schedules, resources, and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain processes, monitoring, reporting, and communication channels to ensure effective execution of programs.
  • Identify and implement risk mitigations and resolve issues.
  • Provide project status updates to various audiences, including cross-functional teams and executives.
