The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Level Staff Analyst (Level 4) to support our 787 Delivery Center Quality Team located in North Charleston, South Carolina.
This position requires someone that thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will fulfill a broad range of responsibilities expected to change and evolve often.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads development, planning and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
Leads staffing and headcount initiatives, preparing for production rate changes
Serves as the primary staffing demand planning focal
Provides comprehensive support to leadership team, including senior and first-line managers
Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Reviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendations
Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture
Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)
Develops executive level briefings
Leads design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
Leads development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status
Leads development and deployment of training content as needed
Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers
Develops presentation materials and offer meeting support for daily tier meetings
Manages meeting agendas, documents minutes, tracks action items, and ensures timely follow-ups; manages distribution lists
Collaborates with other Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) staffing focals on staffing initiatives
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and conditions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
Experience with cross-functional communication and performance reporting
Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience supporting staffing/hiring initiatives
