Senior Manager, Construction

Play an integral role in shaping how complex construction projects are delivered—bringing strategy, execution, and leadership together to consistently achieve outcomes that matter. You will step into a highly visible leadership role where your decisions directly influence project success, client confidence, and organizational performance. Purpose of the role
Play an integral role in leading and directing construction activities across specialized, complex projects. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within or below budget, and fully aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations. This role focuses on translating strategic objectives into actionable execution plans—balancing technical, commercial, and operational priorities while delivering sustainable, high-quality outcomes.

You will be responsible for

• Providing overall leadership and direction for construction execution across one or more high-impact projects
• Developing and overseeing integrated project plans that align business, production, and organizational priorities
• Ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, safety, and quality objectives while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations
• Building a deep understanding of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies to drive successful delivery
• Leading and developing project teams, including direct and indirect reports, through coaching, performance management, and capability building
• Troubleshooting complex project challenges and developing pragmatic, results-focused solutions
• Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and tools, and supporting the development of new ways of working
• Communicating effectively with senior leadership and clients, presenting complex proposals, risks, and recommendations
• Influencing stakeholders and fostering collaboration across internal functions and external partners
• Leading organizational change initiatives within projects, ensuring alignment and successful implementation of new ideas and strategies
