SUMMARY 

Responsible for managing all aspects of the team responsible for the management and optimization of key corporate applications.  Responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensures appropriate project deadlines and performance standards are developed and maintained.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, share updates, and address challenges.

Promote professional development opportunities for team members.

Manage team performance through regular evaluations and feedback, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Oversee the team that administers, configures, and optimizes ServiceNow, Kofax, SharePoint, and other corporate applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify application requirements and implement solutions that enhance functionality and user experience.

Ensure applications are maintained according to best practices and comply with security and data governance policies.

Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects related to application development, upgrades, and integrations.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks proactively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners related to corporate applications.

QUALIFICATIONS 
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Master's Degree

Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT management

SKILLS

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task

Proficient in Microsoft Office products
