As a senior manager, marketing operations on the Brand Engagement team, you will play a critical role in bringing our most visible, culture-shaping work to life. This is a highly dynamic “floater” PM role supporting multiple functions—including Social, Brand Activations, Partnerships, and Sports—ensuring seamless execution across a complex portfolio of campaigns, partnerships, and experiences. As a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will…

·       Elevate operational excellence and ways of working – Implement and scale best-in-class project management practices, tools, and governance; driving consistency, accountability, and efficiency across a fast-paced and highly creative organization on a newly formed Creative Ops & Insights team

·       Drive integrated project leadership across Brand Engagement in a traditional PM capacity – Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact initiatives spanning social campaigns, experiential activations, partnerships, and global sports moments; ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with precision.

·       Enable cross-functional alignment and clarity – Act as a central connector across internal teams, agencies, and external partners; proactively identifying risks, resolving dependencies, and creating transparency across stakeholders at all levels.
