We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional technology projects across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise-level initiatives, coordinating diverse teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions across retail, telecom, data, AI, ERP, and CRM landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully close projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication across all stakeholders.
- Oversee projects across multiple domains, including:
- Retail solutions and digital platforms
- Telecom systems and integrations
- Data analytics and reporting platforms
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation initiatives
- ERP implementation and support
- CRM implementation and customer engagement platforms
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure adherence to project documentation standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.
- Support business analysis, solution design, and implementation phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in one or more domains such as Retail, Telecom, Data & Analytics, AI, ERP, or CRM.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Experience managing enterprise-level applications and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
