About this role
3+ years experience in optical spectroscopy or equivalent; Master’s/Ph.D. in engineering, physics, or related field (or equivalent experience); experience with room-temperature optical test setups, lasers and fiber components; programming for test automation (e.g., Python, Matlab); strong data processing and visualization skills.
