- Serve as a subject matter expert on Target CPA (tCPA), Target ROAS (tROAS), Value-Based Bidding (VBB), and other advanced bid optimization methodologies.
- Lead rigorous testing programs across ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and conversion funnels to drive incremental performance improvements.
- Build measurement frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to evaluate marketing effectiveness and business impact.
- Manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing business priorities.
- Independently identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and execute projects with minimal oversight.
- Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative teams to develop scalable growth solutions.
- Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve campaign management workflows, reporting, optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Translate complex performance data into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale SEM programs for high-growth consumer or technology businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of advanced bidding methodologies, including:
- xtensive experience running creative, messaging, landing page, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing programs at scale.
- Demonstrated expertise in paid search strategy, campaign management, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience interpreting large datasets and experimentation results.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, workflow automations, or machine learning-driven solutions to improve marketing operations and performance.
