As a senior product manager on the Loyalty product team, you will help shape the future of Starbucks Rewards, one of Starbucks' most important customer growth engines serving more than 35 million active members. You will define and deliver digital experiences across mobile and web that deepen customer engagement, increase member value, and strengthen loyalty to the Starbucks brand. Working closely with Marketing, Strategy, Technology, Analytics, and UX teams, you will develop product strategy and lead execution of experiences that connect millions of customers to Starbucks in more personalized and meaningful ways.

 

As a senior product manager, you will…

• Define product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Starbucks Rewards experience across digital channels.
• Identify opportunities to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value through customer insights, data, and business strategy.
•    Lead product discovery efforts including customer research, opportunity assessment, developing product requirements, experimentation, and business case development.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Strategy, Technology, UX, Analytics, and Operations (Customer Support, Coffeehouse, etc.) teams to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve the platforms and capabilities that power Starbucks Rewards and enable future innovation.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams across Starbucks to align roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, and deliver cohesive end-to-end customer experiences.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure performance, generate insights, and inform product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, development, iterative launches, testing, and optimization while influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
