- Executive Operations and Leadership Support:
- Support the operational rhythm of the Global Head of Talent Discovery, including All Employee Meetings, Leadership Community Calls, and related follow-ups
- Coordinate executive engagements end-to-end, including content development, stakeholder alignment, and logistics
- Enablement and Continuous Improvement:
- Support knowledge sharing, training, and enablement initiatives across the global TD community
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
What you’ll bring

- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and a high bar for quality
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience crafting executive-ready materials and narratives
- Structured, analytical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
