Major Duties

Serve as the primary relationship manager for key partners, including retailers, payment networks, and program vendors, ensuring alignment with program objectives, operational requirements, compliance standards, and growth strategies.
Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related issues, coordinating the resolution of operational challenges, service disruptions, and performance concerns to maintain program stability and stakeholder satisfaction.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute program initiatives, operational improvements, product enhancements, and strategic business changes that support program performance and business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate partner and program performance through analysis of key metrics, including portfolio growth, service delivery, and operational effectiveness. Develop reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Identify and support opportunities to strengthen the program through strategic partnerships, new initiatives, and enhanced capabilities that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and advance organizational objectives.
