About this role
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- 3 years of experience with front-end and user interface development.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software product.
- Experience with Google Cloud technologies (e.g. Pantheon/Angular, Kubernetes, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud ESF, etc).
- Experience with GenAI, AI Agents, or related technologies, and experience with blockchain related technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
- Design and build a new, foundational security service for the Web3 ecosystem, addressing complex challenges in applied cryptography and distributed systems.
- Develop and enhance the unified developer portal, creating user experience that integrates a wide array of Web3 products and services.
- Write reliable, efficient, and testable software, take ownership of projects, meet deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
