Job Summary

The Senior Specialist of Corporate Talent Selection is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, serving as a trusted partner to the recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and business leaders throughout the hiring process. This role supports the full recruiting lifecycle by coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, providing recruiting operations support, and assisting with sourcing and early-stage recruiting responsibilities. It combines relationship management with operational excellence while providing opportunities to continue building recruiting expertise and growth within Talent Acquisition. We are only looking for candidates local to the Dallas Metro Area at this time to fufill our hybrid work schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Candidate Experience 

    • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

    • Independently manage recruiting coordination for complex and executive-level searches.

    • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics. 

    • Serve as a primary candidate point of contact.

    • Coordinate candidates’ travel as needed. 

  • Recruiting Support 

    • Review resumes and assist in identifying qualified candidates for consideration. 
    • Conduct initial candidate screens. 

    • Source and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 

    • Support internal Team Member referrals. 

  • Operations 

    • Prepare recruiting materials such as intake notes and job descriptions. 

    • Maintain updated information in the ATS (Oracle). 

    • Facilitate transition between offer and onboarding stages. 

  • Continuous Improvement: 

    • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and team effectiveness. 

    • Assist with recruiting projects and initiatives designed to enhance Talent Acquisition capabilities and scalability. 

    • Continue developing recruiting expertise. 

What You Bring to the Team

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent  experience.
  • 1+ years experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, customer service, administrative operations, or other highly collaborative, service-oriented  functions.
  • Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  •  Experience using HR, applicant tracking, or other business systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, complex schedules, and competing deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to analyze information and make sound recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
  • Professional, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. 
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment while continuously developing recruiting expertise.
