About this role
Master's in EE/Physics or related, 6+ years DTCO/DFM foundry experience, SRAM/standard cell DTCO experience, advanced node test chip and scribe-line expertise (3nm–16nm FinFET or sub-3nm GAA), ability to lead cross-functional teams; scripting/coding and physical design flow experience preferred.
