Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience leading engineering or program management functions within the data center, networking, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Experience in the field of network infrastructure security.
  • Experience with the adoption of AI technologies within a delivery environment.
  • Experience in leading organizational transformation and managing change.
  • Experience in transforming historical project data and lessons into program management systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Experience deploying technical infrastructure on a global scale.
  • Experience upscaling an organization through best practices, horizontal process alignment, and identifying process gaps.
  • Capacity to maintain a strategic mindset while executing tasks with a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to perform technical deep-dives into the design specifications of complex networks.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Implement and carry out the defined Edge Security strategy.
  • Maintain ownership of the documented strategies for AI tooling and proactive program management.
  • Drive the execution of the AI tooling and proactive program management initiatives.
  • Establish and manage a collaboration framework with cross-functional technical teams for strategic initiatives, including organizing communities and meetings.
  • Deliver on specific strategic programs aimed at improving on-time delivery (OTD), quality, and efficiency.
