This role is remote-flexible and will require regular travel to client, retailer, and internal meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Build and cultivate strategic, executive-level relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers at each club retailer, positioning Harvest Group as a trusted, long-term partner and using that influence to advance Club business unit objectives.
  • Serve as a visible, connected leader in the club/wholesale marketplace, engaging with industry associations, conferences, and executive networks to strengthen Harvest Group's reputation, market intelligence, and competitive positioning.
  • Set and own the enterprise-level strategy for Harvest Group's Club business unit, defining the company's long-term direction across all club retailer teams and ensuring alignment with total company growth goals.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the Club business unit, including multi-year financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across retailer teams.
  • Lead, develop, and align multiple retailer-focused leadership teams within the Club channel, building a cohesive, high-performing organization that reflects Harvest Group’s core values.
  • Serve as the senior-most escalation point and executive sponsor for client relationships across the Club channel, translating retailer and marketplace intelligence into strategic value for client executives.
  • Drive strategy execution and performance management across retailer teams, setting high-level goals, evaluating team performance, and ensuring organizational structures support strategic execution.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of club/wholesale retail dynamics, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities and threats, using that knowledge to shape long-term business unit strategy.
  • Lead organizational design and change management efforts across the Club business unit, anticipating disruptions and ensuring teams are equipped to execute smoothly through periods of growth and change.
  • Partner cross-functionally with other Harvest Group business units and functions (e.g. Retail Media, Digital Commerce, Finance and People & Culture) to ensure integrated strategy and support.
  • Champion Harvest Group’s core values and culture across the Club business unit, fostering trust, transparency, and accountability at every level of the organization.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in club/wholesale, retail, CPG, or related industries, including leading and developing leaders across multi-team or multi-business-unit organizations.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams, including coaching leaders, driving accountability, and creating a culture of engagement and performance.
  • 2+ years of direct experience supporting two or more club retailers.
  • Proven track record owning P&L responsibility and driving financial performance across a complex, multi-retailer business.
  • Deep understanding of club channel dynamics, retailer relationships, and marketplace trends across national club retail partners.
