About this role
Associate degree preferred; 1–2 years service desk/IVR call center experience preferred. Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Admin Console, Azure, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office 365. MAC experience and team leading preferred. Must work 8-hour shifts between 6am–6pm PST and be on-call every other month.
