Purpose:
We are looking for an operational leader for the Service Line for Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics (TIL) within Worley Consulting’s North America business unit. This business provides a variety of high value consulting solutions across all Worley sectors. The Service Line Lead is accountable for the performance, growth and strategic direction of the service line within Worley Consulting. This role drives customer value, commercial results, technical excellence, and people development, aligned to Worley’s purpose of delivering a more sustainable world. The role is pivotal in translating and executing the hub strategy into the respective service line, enabling profitable growth, distinctive customer outcomes, and a strong and inclusive Consulting culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Input & Commercial Leadership
- Leads and grows the service line in line with Worley Consulting’s global and regional strategy and ambition
- Owns and executes the service line strategy, growth priorities, and execution plans, including market positioning and offer development
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon budget targets for the Service Line
- Develops service line strategies for revenue growth, margin improvement and forecast accuracy in collaboration with Partners and Leadership team
- Responsible for cost discipline, overhead management and cash collection for the service line
Manages resource utilization and capacity planning - Identifies, pursues and actively leads or support priority opportunities, pulling in and collaborating with Partners on key strategic pursuits
Delivery Excellence & Technical Excellence:
- Oversees consistent delivery of high-quality customer outcomes through strong governance, assurance, and application of Consulting methodologies, processes, and tools
- Strengthens senior customer relationships in collaboration with Partners to drive repeat work and cross-service collaboration across Worley
- Embeds customer feedback loops and formal project reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Drives and facilitates engagement of Consulting Delivery Centers (CDC) and Global Integrated Delivery Hubs (GID) in India, Colombia, and Egypt
- Promotes technical excellence, quality outcomes, and risk discipline across all service line engagements
- Fosters thought leadership and innovation, and advocates for knowledge sharing and professional networks
Leadership, Culture & People Development:
- Provides visible, inclusive, and values led leadership aligned to Worley Consulting Ways of Working
- Builds, leads, and retains high-performing, diverse Consulting teams with clear accountability and development pathways; includes planning, recruitment, and training, pulling in Partners to support with talent and development
- Ensures performance expectations, KPIs, and goals are clearly defined and actively managed
- Champions coaching and mentoring, talent identification and succession planning; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and strong connectivity and professional networks
- Fosters a culture of collaboration across the service line, hub, and broader Consulting and Worley businesses
Governance, Safety & Compliance:
- Leads by example in health, safety, and wellbeing, reinforcing compliance with Worley HSE systems
- Ensures adherence to relevant policies including ethics, antibribery, DE&I, and Consulting governance standards
- Manages risk, assurance, and controls across service line delivery
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- All KPIs will be considered against specific service line dynamics and linked to the Worley Consulting KPI Framework and may include:
- Service line revenue growth and ‘As Sold’ vs ‘As Delivered’ execution delivery performance
- Execution of service line strategic priorities and initiatives
- Win rate and pipeline conversion on priority pursuits
- Forecast accuracy and cash collection
- Resource utilization and capability alignment
- Customer satisfaction and repeat work
- Engagement, retention, and diversity outcomes within the service line
- Safety, quality, and compliance performance

Qualifications & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent qualification in civil/structural engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution
- 10+ years of experience in Transport, Infrastructure, Logistics sector, providing engineering, technical and/or advisory services
- Leadership experience in consulting, engineering, or professional services
Demonstrable experience in:
- managing and delivering budgets and forecasting;
- identifying talent and leading people;
- understanding market trends and setting strategy;
- delivering successful technical and commercial project outcomes; and
- engaging with clients and developing new opportunities in key markets.
This role covers our North America business and as such, candidates must be willing and able to travel as the role requires. The team also has a focus to develop the market in Latin America together with the local team.
Preference is for the candidate to be located in the US Gulf Coast region, given the potential and alignment with corporate strategic priorities.
