<div>Automotive Service Technician<br><br>Big O Tires – Colorado Springs Area<br><br>At Big O Tires, we are committed to being the preferred tire and auto service retailer in every community we serve, while providing a professional and supportive work environment for our team.<br><br>Position Summary<br><br>The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of automotive service and repair work in an accurate and timely manner. This position focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, and repair to support overall shop productivity and customer satisfaction.<br><br>What We Offer<br><br>- Consistent 40–45 hours per week<br>- Two days off per week (Sundays closed)<br>- Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses<br>- Opportunity to earn $70,000–$90,000+ annually based on experience and productivity<br>- Paid time off and benefits<br>- Stable workflow and team-oriented environment<br><br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br><br>- Perform diagnostics and repair on a variety of vehicles<br>- Complete brake, suspension, steering, and maintenance services<br>- Conduct vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly<br>- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety<br>- Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members<br>- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines<br>- Maintain a clean and organized work environment<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>- 5+ years of automotive repair experience<br>- ASE Certification preferred<br>- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills<br>- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles<br>- Own tools and diagnostic equipment<br>- Reliable transportation<br>- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods<br><br>Additional Requirements<br><br>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<br>- Willingness to work with a variety of automotive systems and materials<br>- Successful completion of pre-employment screening (MVR, background, drug test)<br><br>We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse team.</div>
