ServiceNow Developer Intern - Summer 2026

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.

We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow Developer Intern to join our IT Solutions Delivery team. This internship offers hands-on experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications to support enterprise workflows. You will work closely with experienced developers and business analysts to learn best practices and contribute to real projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, etc.).
• Support integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues within ServiceNow applications.
• Document technical specifications and maintain configuration records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Research and recommend improvements for automation and workflow optimization.

Required Degree Background:

• Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master’s in computer science or information technology.
• Minimum of 3.0 grade point average.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management concepts.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and scripting.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration concepts.
