The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $68,625 - $100,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This Is What You Will Do In This Role:
- Conduct daily meetings as necessary to communicate goals and assignments.
- Supervise all rush/must ship orders and ensure shipping guidelines are met.
- Resolve any discrepancies or potential issues in a timely manner.
- Responsible for training and safety measures as outlined by company standards.
- Follow outbound shipping requirements for customers and eliminate any delays.
- Communicate crating needs by order/item and ensure proper guidelines are followed.
- Establish and maintain accurate facility cleaning guidelines; monitor daily.
- Assist in discrepancy and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Monitor facility equipment and supplies, reporting non-compliance issues accordingly.
- Maintain product stock within the facility, ensuring stock is safely and accurately located.
- Be flexible and work necessary overtime as needed.
- Effectively take on other duties as assigned/vital.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5-8 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment
- Demonstrated ability managing a team of warehouse/shipping/receiving employees
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. College Degree preferred.
- Ability to complete detailed oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and Excel required. SAP experience preferred.
- Forklift Certification preferred
