Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission. This opportunity supports an Enterprise IT contract with a team of SIGDEV Analysts, Systems Engineers, Junior Engineers, Telecommunication Technical Analysts and System Administrators, responsible for the architecture, engineering, integration, operations, maintenance and sustainment of multi-level Enterprise IT environment.

Job Description:

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the overall security requirements for field site internal facilities and personnel. The entire range of security functions on site will include physical security, personnel security, information security programs, OPSEC, counterintelligence and security awareness.
• The Site Security Manager shall possess the following capabilities:
• Implement visitor control procedures.
• Conduct physical security inspections in accordance with site standard operation procedures, identifying and remedying any deficiencies as required.
• Respond to alarms in accordance with site standard operating procedures, identifying and remedying my deficiencies as required.
• Document activities in a duty log. Assist the Site Chief in developing emergency plans and procedures concerning security. Review procedures for guarding the site and its perimeter to advise the Site Chief of any concerns.
• Engage daily with the local civilian guard force and assist the Site Chief in arranging for periodic exercises on site.
• Operate, administer, and assume primary control over the site’s Intrusion Detection and Security Systems (IDSS), which includes, but is not limited to, badge issuance and creation, Personal Identification Number (PIN) administering and access control settings.
• Act as COMSEC Sub-account custodian for key lists and equipment.
• Act as the sub-document control station for incoming and outgoing messages.
• Assist in maintaining COMSEC, make COMSEC changes to cryptographic equipment and advise on any problems with COMSEC material or its usage.
   

Qualifications:

• The Contractor shall possess five years’ experience in the following security-related areas: COMSEC Management, Site Security Officer (SSO), and Physical & Personnel Security. 

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Pay Range: Competitive
